You can order Free Premium kits. These kits are for feathers, blood or eggshell. The feathers kit has e a plastic bag, the blood kit has a paper tissue where you can put the blood on, the eggshell kit has a tube with alcohol for the eggshells.

You can order choosing the number of kits you need and click on the green button Order.

Afterwards you can confirm all the information and your address in the delivery information.

To complete click on ‘Confirm to finish’. You will receive a confirmation on your email dress immediately.

You will receive the kits between 48 and 72 hours, depending on where you live.

If you need the kit as soon as possible, please look at our ‘Print-yourself-kit’, you can find the information in video number 2.

If you want to order a PRINT YOURSELF KIT, you can do so by clicking ORDERS and choosing BIRD SEXING ANALYSIS. Select PRINT YOURSELF KIT and confirm by clicking the green button ORDER.

Under the tab ‘Sample Information’, you can put in all the information starting with the ring number, sample type (feathers), specie, ... By clicking on ‘Bird details’ tab on the right, you can add extra information such as the name of the bird; in this field, you can add the common name of the bird or for instance the pet name, the photo of your bird if you want, birthday, name of the owner and other information; for instance, add the mutation, color, etc.

You can choose to save this order if you wish to add some birds later or confirm information. If you want to submit, you can go to the payment by clicking on the green button in the right bottom corner then you will get access to the Print Yourself kit. (Complete all the information in video)

On this page you can chose how you want to pay, either ‘Pay Now’ and receive a discount. You can use your prepaid samples or you can pay after the results are available.

If you don’t have any credits left, save your order and before completing your order, buy a prepaid pack to add more samples to your credit. After you’ve added credits to your account, you can finish the order using your credits. (show results)

With a Pre-paid pack you send in 20 samples for €99; there is no expiration date, you can keep using the credit until you’ve used all of them.

You can order the Pre-paid pack on our Stab Vida website. When you’re on the homepage, click ‘Orders’ in the right top corner. Here you see the 3 different types of kits you can order. Click on ‘Pre-paid Packs’ to order a Pre-Paid pack. Once you’ve done that, you can click the green button ‘Order’.

Now you are on the confirmation page. On this page, you can check if all the entered information is correct. After approving all the entered information, you can choose your method of payment, either via ‘Bank Transfer’ of via ‘Visa/Paypal’ in the right bottom corner of ‘cancel’ in de left bottom corner if you wish to cancel your order.

If you’ve chosen to pay by Bank Transfer, you will be given the ‘Bank Transfer Information’ in order for you to complete the payment. Afterwards you can click ‘Finish’ in the right bottom corner.

If you’ve chosen to pay via Visa/Paypal you can enter your cart information on the following screen and complete the payment. Afterwards you can click ‘Pay €99’ in the right bottom corner.

You can also check the status of your order on your profile on the Stab Vida website. Login on the platform and click on IN PROGRESS on the left. Select the order you which to check the status by clicking on the binoculars. At the bottom, you can check the status of your order.

When entering the bird information, you can enter ‘Ring Number’, ‘Sample Type’ and ‘Specie’ on the first page of the Bird Information page. However if you click on the yellow tab on the right ‘Bird Details’ you can enter additional information like the name of the bird, date of birth, … and add the name of the owner of the bird. All the information here will appear on the certificate.

You can see your result on the Stab Vida website. First login to your profile and click on ‘Orders’ in the right top corner. On the left, you can see all the orders you’ve placed and the results of the completed bird sexing analysis when you click on ‘Completed, check for results’

You chose the result you want to print the certificate of, click on the binoculars. If you want to change the name, you can enter a different name here.

Login to your profile on the Stab Vida website. When you go to your orders, by clicking ‘Orders’ in the right top corner you will find all the information regarding your orders.

When you click on ‘in progress’ you can search for the order by typing in the name or the owner. By clicking on the binocular. Scroll down to ‘Order detail’. Here you find all the details regarding your order. Here you can also track your order.

If you’re bird species is not on the list, you can select ‘Other’ and send us a sample and we will add it.

There are no extra costs involved with analyzing the mastersamples besides the sexing of your bird!

If you’ve received this e-mail it means that we weren’t able to determine the sex of your bird yet with the sample that you send us. We’ve repeated the extraction and analyses of the DNA several times without any conclusion and now we don’t have any material left to continue our laboratory processing.

We need you to send us a new sample from the bird in question, you don’t have to place a new order or pay anything else. It is just a physical replacement.

1. This means we could complete a successful sex determination.
2. Send us a new sample so we can complete the sexing.
3. No extra costs are involved; you do not need to place a new order.

If you want to add another user to your account go to MANAGE USERS in you profile in the right top corner you can add a user by clicking on new user to add a new user add the name, e-mail and create a password. Now you can see you have successfully added a user to your profile.

When you place an order, containing several birds, you receive a certificate for every bird you’ve tested. You can print all the certificates at once.

Scroll all the way down on the homepage, once you’ve logged in. Click on the binoculars of the order. Click on DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE and all the certificates will be downloaded at once, ready for you to print.
